As an integral part of this group, you will operate at the intersection of finance, accounting, and operations, using analytical expertise to support critical business decisions across manufacturing, procurement, transportation, engineering, legal, and IT functions.
About the Role
This position is designed for a proactive collaborator who thrives on fostering partnerships to develop robust, physical-based financial analysis. You will support critical financial deliverables, including daily operational reporting, comprehensive monthly close and forecast processes, and ad-hoc financial efficiency analysis. Your work will directly impact performance by identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and uncovering opportunities for improvement.
In this role, you will develop and refine physicals-based forecasts to guide strategic planning, provide real-time key performance measures to operations, and support the development of Annual Budgets and Multi-Year Business Plans. You will challenge assumptions through "should cost" assessments, maintain effective internal controls, and facilitate the adoption of advanced financial models to drive cost efficiency. Success in this role requires a self-starter who is well-organized, capable of managing concurrent projects, and willing to learn new business processes and systems.
