About Ryder Last Mile
Ryder Last Mile is expanding its final mile delivery carrier network to support the delivery and installation of furniture, appliances, and exercise equipment. We are seeking reliable carriers interested in contracting to provide in-home, white-glove assembly services for our established customer base.
About the Role
This opportunity is designed for carriers who can operate as a two-person team. You will be responsible for delivering and installing large items directly to customers' homes, ensuring a high-quality experience from delivery to final assembly. The role offers consistent routes and significant growth potential within our network.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation dependent on daily routes, with weekly settlements and 7-day payment terms. Carriers also enjoy discounts on Ryder truck rentals and the advantage of working with an established customer base.
Application Requirements
To join our network, carriers must operate as an LLC or Corporation and maintain a 26' white box truck with a lift gate that is clear of advertisements. Applicants must possess final mile install experience, hold valid DOT and MC numbers, and maintain insurance coverage that meets Ryder's requirements. All candidates must successfully pass a background check and a motor vehicle check.
