About the Team
Ryder Last Mile is expanding its final mile delivery carrier network to support the delivery and installation of furniture, appliances, and exercise equipment. We are seeking reliable carriers interested in contracting to join our established customer base and secure consistent routes.
About the Role
This opportunity is designed for carriers who operate as a two-person team. The role focuses on in-home, white glove delivery and assembly services. As a partner, you will be responsible for delivering and installing goods directly to customers, ensuring a high-quality experience from the truck to the home.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive compensation dependent on daily routes, with weekly settlements and 7-day payment terms. Partners also enjoy discounts on Ryder truck rentals and the potential for high growth within our expanding network.
Application & Hiring Process
Interested carriers must meet specific operational and legal requirements, including holding a valid DOT/MC number, operating a 26' white box truck with a lift gate (free of advertisements), and maintaining insurance coverage that meets Ryder standards. Applicants must be able to operate as an LLC or Corporation, pass background and motor vehicle checks, and demonstrate final mile install experience.
