About the Role
We are seeking a talented Filenet Consultant to join one of our clients in Phoenix/Chandler, AZ, for a long-term onsite contract. This role is critical for maintaining the stability and resilience of enterprise content management platforms. You will serve as a gatekeeper for production environment changes, ensuring governance and controls are strictly adhered to while driving initiatives in automation and cloud transformation.
In this position, you will lead or participate in high-level technical concepts that span both technology and business domains. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing deployments, troubleshooting complex issues in distributed environments, and managing documentation through tools like Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow. You will partner with cross-organizational teams to implement end-to-end platform engineering capabilities, ensuring high performance and availability. Additionally, you will provide expert counsel to senior leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical challenges and achieve the highest levels of system infrastructure availability.

Experience in Ansible, Terraform, and Cloud engineering concepts etc. Experience in Application and Server Health Probes.
