About the Role
We are seeking a Field Support Specialist to serve as the backbone of our immediate care coverage and quality assurance efforts. This is a dynamic field position based in Kenmore but requiring travel throughout our service area. You will act as a vital safety net, filling in for caregiver call-outs at a moment's notice and stepping in as a "Floater" to start care for new clients while we work to staff permanent caregivers.
In addition to direct care, you will function as a Lead Caregiver in the field, performing meet-and-greets in client homes and conducting observations to maintain our high standards. You will build strong relationships with clients and their families, assisting with activities of daily living and documenting daily events. This role requires you to be fully available during core hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), responding immediately to calls and leaving for assignments without delay. You can expect guaranteed hours between 30-35 per week, depending on your availability, with a schedule that includes at least four days a week, including one weekend day.

Requirements

Nice to Have
High level of communication skills and a comfort level with a wide variety of clients. Extensive caregiving experience, preferably in a home care setting.
