About the Role
The Field Supervisor serves as a pivotal link between sales, operations, and the field, ensuring project objectives are met with precision. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is dedicated to planning, directing, and coordinating the installation of specialized flooring systems. The position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the organization, scheduling, and implementation of projects from start to finish.
In this role, you will drive to customer facilities across multiple states, frequently inspecting projects to ensure crews perform up to customer standards. A significant part of your day involves maintaining a safe job site and ensuring timely communication with clients and team members. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage material orders, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
