About the Role
We are currently adding a Field Service Technician to our team to support customers in the Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and maintaining complex automated systems. You will partner with the team to ensure the seamless operation of conveyor and sorting systems, responding to both emergency and scheduled service calls.
The position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on a wide variety of automated systems across multiple industries. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your electro-mechanical and automation skillset while working with new technologies and modern equipment. Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on conveyor and sorting systems
- check_circleTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues to restore equipment uptime

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified1+ year of experience in field service, maintenance, or related equipment support
- verifiedAssociate degree or technical certification preferred (electronics, mechanics, or similar)
- verifiedReliable transportation required
