The Field Service Specialist is a technical role dedicated to maintaining the quality of coffee, espresso, and beverage equipment at customer locations. This position serves both third-party and direct service customers, requiring a blend of hands-on mechanical skill and strong interpersonal abilities. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fluid work environment, capable of addressing immediate service issues, performing preventive maintenance, and completing installations while on the road.
As a key member of the service team, you will not only troubleshoot equipment issues via phone and in the field but also act as an educator, instructing customers on proper machine usage and cleaning protocols. The position involves a mix of on-site work and shop duties, ensuring that service vehicles and parts inventories are maintained to the highest standards. While the schedule is flexible to accommodate urgent needs, it does include some overtime and weekend work.
