About the Role
Tribal Diagnostics is seeking a part-time Field Sales Support Representative based in Austin to serve as the on-the-ground bridge between our sales team and healthcare providers. This role exists to ensure consistent, face-to-face engagement with key client accounts, strengthening relationships while delivering the logistical support necessary for providers to utilize our services effectively.
In this position, you will work closely with the Territory Manager and sales leadership to support business development efforts. Your day-to-day involves maintaining visibility within the healthcare community through regular visits, marketing drop-ins, and appreciation touches. You will be the face of Tribal Diagnostics in the field, ensuring that physician offices have the supplies, educational materials, and information they need to succeed.
Schedule and Location
This is a part-time role located in Austin, Texas. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The position requires local travel to designated physician offices and healthcare facilities, as well as the ability to transport supply boxes up to 25 pounds.
