About the Role
As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will serve as the clear and established leader of the WTI field crew, overseeing the safety, efficiency, and quality of the field service business. Safety is our primary priority, embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. In this role, you are responsible for delivering timely service to all customers while managing exposure to risks and ensuring the efficient execution of all assigned projects within your region.
Your day involves conducting onsite safety briefs with sales representatives, customers, and the crew before work begins. You will manage project communication across the team, coordinate schedules, and ensure all tools and materials are available to complete work safely. From performing end-of-day walk-throughs to address punch list items to monitoring inventory and providing pricing for self-performing projects, you will drive the operational success of the team while maintaining professional standards in every customer interaction.
