We are seeking a qualified, local Field Project Manager to serve as the on-site operational leader for our construction projects. This role is pivotal in bridging field teams, vendors, management, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans.
In this position, you will be responsible for daily field execution, vendor oversight, and operational coordination. You will ensure that crews and subcontractors are properly prepared, compliant, productive, and aligned with client, municipal, and company standards. Your day-to-day involves reviewing project scope and constructability, conducting pre-construction walkouts, and verifying that all necessary permits, locates, and traffic control measures are secured before work begins.
As the first-line problem solver, you will troubleshoot field challenges, coordinate map discrepancies with engineering, and address homeowner or public concerns professionally. You will represent the company as the authoritative voice on-site, ensuring that safety regulations, quality standards, and production goals are met while maintaining proactive communication with management and clients.
