About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager is a hands-once a people leader-is responsible for driving regional field marketing success through dealer relationship development, event marketing, and lead generation strategy execution. This role manages the Field Marketing Lead Generation team while actively participating in dealer visits, trade shows, and consumer events.

The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible, travel-heavy environment, balances strategic oversight with on-the on-the-ground execution, and excels at building relationships both externally with RV dealers and internally with Sales and Call Center leadership.

This position requires frequent travel, including evenings and weekends, and is not based in a single city.
