Anduril's Deployment Operations group is seeking a Field Electrical Technician (internally known as a Technical Operations Engineer) to join our Counter Intrusion team. Based in Costa Mesa, this role is critical to our mission of deploying and supporting Anduril's products globally. You will engage with products early in their lifecycle, working directly with engineering teams to iteratively improve them as they face real-world challenges.
This position demands a unique duality: you must be both a teacher and a student. You will coach teammates on systems you have mastered while simultaneously transitioning to master the next. Your day-to-day involves guiding users through product employment and troubleshooting, advising account managers on structuring operations for technical success, and communicating specific recommendations for product refinement back to engineering teams. You will tackle complex, unpredictable issues involving hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments, taking full ownership of delivering technical solutions.
Anduril is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse workforce and consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
