We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work independently, is highly responsible, and thrives in an ever-changing environment. In this role, you will be the eyes on the ground, monitoring the quality of our geographical data and collecting critical imagery for our Geographical Information System.
During peak seasons, you will facilitate data collection shifts that can range from 8 to 10 hours, though duration may vary based on weather conditions, time of day, and location. The ideal candidate is passionate, tenacious, and results-focused, enjoying the energy of a highly dynamic field environment.
The successful applicant will report to the Data Collection Team Leader. Please note that the position involves a potential pre-employment drug screening. We are seeking candidates who are authorized to work in the USA. While Massachusetts candidates are preferred, suitable persons located in New England and nearby regions will be considered.

Previous in-the-field and on-the-road experience. Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Pavement Management experience. Associate Degree in science, engineering, or geography/GIS. Safe driving record. Massachusetts residency.
