About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in an ever-changing environment and takes high responsibility for their work. In this role, you will be the eyes on the ground, monitoring the quality of our geographical data and collecting critical imagery for our Geographical Information System.
During peak seasons, you will facilitate data collection shifts that can range from 8 to 10 hours, depending on weather conditions, time of day, and location. The ideal candidate is passionate, tenacious, and results-focused, enjoying the energy of a fast-paced field environment.
Hiring Process & Application
The successful applicant will report to the Data Collection Team Leader. Please note that the position involves a potential pre-employment drug screening. Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. While Massachusetts candidates are preferred, suitable persons located in New England and nearby regions will be considered.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Previous in-the-field and on-the-road experience. Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Pavement Management experience. Associate Degree in science, engineering, or geography/GIS. Safe driving record. Massachusetts residency.
