We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work independently, is highly responsible, and thrives in an ever-changing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of our geographical data as well as collecting imagery for our Geographical Information System.
During peak seasons, you will facilitate data collection shifts that can range from 8 to 10 hours, though duration may vary based on weather conditions, time of day, and location. The ideal candidate is passionate, tenacious, results-focused, and enjoys working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.
This is a full-time, temporary seasonal position for the majority of 2026, reporting to the Data Collection Team Leader. The role involves variable hours, including 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA; Massachusetts candidates are preferred, though suitable persons located in New England and nearby regions will be considered.
The position requires a willingness to travel up to 75% for weeks at a time. A pre-employment drug screening may be required.

Previous in-the-field and on-the-road experience. Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Pavement Management experience. Associate Degree in science, engineering, or geography/GIS. Safe driving record. Massachusetts residency.
