The Field CTO serves as Oracle's senior technical and architectural authority for the healthcare sector. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives—including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CMIOs—you will bring broad portfolio mastery across Oracle Health, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fusion Cloud Applications, and advanced AI/data platforms. This role exists to translate complex business outcomes into cohesive, integrated architectures that eliminate siloed selling and reinforce a "One Oracle" approach.
In this position, you will lead executive-level technology discussions focused on enterprise modernization and data strategy. You will partner with customers to define multi-year roadmaps aligned with clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance, while guiding large-scale, multi-pillar deals and transformational RFPs. Your day-to-day involves shaping AI use cases for clinical decision support and population health, collaborating with engineering to influence product roadmaps, and representing Oracle as a recognized thought leader at industry forums and innovation labs.
