PRG is seeking a Field Coordinator – Engineering for our Las Vegas/Henderson, NV market. This role serves as the critical link between design and field execution. You will be responsible for identifying constructability conflicts early, executing minor design corrections in the field, and ensuring construction activity remains aligned with regulatory and client requirements.
A successful candidate will bring hands-on Outside Plant (OSP) field engineering experience and a strong working knowledge of local permitting requirements, dig laws, and aerial construction standards. You will act as the bridge between engineering teams and field crews, validating designs against actual conditions and ensuring compliance with 811/One Call dig laws, NESC aerial standards, and local Right-of-Way (ROW) requirements.
This is a hybrid role requiring time both in the field and in the office. Field duties include walking sites, climbing stairs, and engaging directly with teams and clients. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
