The Field and Community Marketing Manager serves as the strategic leader for all marketing efforts within an assigned state. This role exists to ensure field marketing aligns seamlessly with sales goals and brand objectives while managing the day-to-day operations of the field team. You will oversee the state's marketing budget, lead the hiring and onboarding of field team members, and drive strategic initiatives that optimize in-store activations, promotions, and product sell-through rates.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between the field team and regional leadership, providing direction, support, and coaching to foster team development. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with Sales Regionals and the Warehouse to support promotional efforts, ensuring timely distribution of materials, and analyzing field activities to make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate reporting on metrics and accruals, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent contributes to the company's aggressive national expansion.
