Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, balancing clinical excellence with a "family first" community culture. We believe in empowering our providers to grow their clinical competencies and offering a rewarding career path through mentorship and dynamic collaboration.
At Fast Pace, our community extends beyond the clinic walls. We actively participate in community events and outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment for both patients and staff.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across both in-clinic and virtual telehealth channels. This role is designed for a flexible professional who can adapt quickly to evolving technologies and protocols while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient service.
You will serve as a clinical leader within the clinic, guiding behaviors and attitudes among support staff such as X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists to ensure excellent patient care. Your day will involve diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and providing patient-centric diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate into the team.
The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, managing patient volumes and ensuring accurate charting in compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. Whether interacting with patients face-to-face or through virtual communication channels, you will uphold our core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality of care.
