About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding patient service both in-clinic and through virtual communication channels. This role exists to provide compassionate, accurate, and efficient care that adapts to the quickly evolving needs of our practice setting. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions and utilizing new technologies and protocols.

In this position, you will lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that drive excellent patient care, while actively engaging with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient outcomes. Your day will involve diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate into our family-first culture.
