Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, balancing clinical excellence with a strong sense of community. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are supported through mentoring, professional development, and opportunities to participate in community outreach programs like seasonal parades, book drives, and local festivals.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be a vital part of our dynamic team, responsible for delivering compassionate care both in-clinic and through virtual channels. This role is designed for providers who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to adapt to evolving technologies and protocols. You will not only diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions but also lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that prioritize patient satisfaction.
The position offers a unique opportunity to grow your clinical competencies with extensive training, particularly for new graduates. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, ensuring accurate charting, adhering to federal and state regulations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every patient. Whether managing a queue of telehealth patients or guiding new team members through their first days, your focus will be on patient-centric care, safety, and continuous improvement.
We offer a rewarding career path with competitive compensation, holiday pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Beyond the clinical work, you will join a community that celebrates together, from holiday potlucks to fun runs. We are committed to your growth, providing the support and mentoring needed to help you become the best provider you can be.
Fast Pace Health is committed to creating an inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and communities. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified individuals without regard to race, creed, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, parental status, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic.
Note: Applicants are currently limited to individuals from states excluding California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Mississippi residents are subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as required by state law.
