Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, whether in-clinic or through virtual channels. We believe in a "family first" culture where our community is our family, celebrating holidays, participating in local events like parades and festivals, and fostering a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
As a dynamic team, we work together to surpass business goals while prioritizing patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. We offer a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth, mentoring, and the development of clinical competencies.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages in both clinic and telehealth settings. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving practice and are eager to adapt to new technologies and protocols. You will actively engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns, while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.
In this position, you will lead clinic staff in behaviors and actions that deliver excellent patient care, providing guidance to X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists. You will analyze patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions. A key part of your day involves ensuring accurate chart completion, adhering to federal and state regulations (including HIPAA), and following clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs.
We offer extensive training for new graduates, helping you grow your clinical skills and confidence. You will also play a vital role in onboarding new employees, facilitating introductions, providing job shadowing, and supporting their learning activities to maintain a cohesive and supportive team culture.
