About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across both clinic and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction while adapting to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions and providing compassionate service through various communication channels.

In this position, you will lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that drive excellent patient care. Your day-to-day involves reviewing medical histories, formulating accurate diagnoses, and delivering diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with a focus on patient-centric care, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate into the team.
