Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere while we work dynamically to surpass our business goals. We believe in a "family first" community where employees are supported through mentoring, professional growth, and a rewarding career path.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to community engagement. Our team actively participates in local events such as seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and empowerment.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care delivery, responsible for providing outstanding service both in-clinic and through virtual channels. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving practice setting and are eager to adapt to new technologies and protocols.
You will lead clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—by modeling behaviors and attitudes that prioritize excellent patient care. Your day will involve diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic results with a focus on patient-centric safety and cost-effectiveness. Whether managing a queue of telehealth patients or performing in-person diagnostics, you will ensure accurate charting and adherence to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
This position also offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of providers. You will welcome new employees, facilitate their introductions and clinic tours, and support their training through job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, elevating concerns to clinical leadership when necessary to ensure strong patient outcomes and alignment with our core values.
Fast Pace Health offers extensive new graduate training and a clear career progression path based on experience levels (from new grads to seasoned practitioners with over 10 years of experience). We provide competitive compensation, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and holiday pay, and a focus on work-life balance.
