Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, whether through our physical clinics or virtual channels. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are supported by mentoring and opportunities to grow their clinical competencies. As a dynamic team, we work together to surpass business goals while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming approach to patient service.
Beyond clinical duties, our community extends to the neighborhoods we serve. Employees participate in various outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a sense of belonging that makes our community our family.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for delivering high-quality services that achieve optimum patient satisfaction. This role is designed for those who thrive in a quickly evolving practice setting and are flexible enough to adapt to new technologies and protocols. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions and ensuring accurate, timely care.
Your day will involve a blend of in-clinic and telehealth interactions. You will lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that drive excellent patient care, guiding X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists. You will analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans. Whether conducting virtual consultations or managing in-person visits, you will ensure adherence to clinical protocols, federal and state regulations, and our core values of teamwork, communication, and quality of care.
This position also offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of providers. You will play a key role in onboarding new employees by facilitating introductions, providing clinic tours, and offering job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced practitioner, you will have the support needed to build confidence and credibility with both your team and your patients.
Fast Pace Health offers extensive new graduate training and a rewarding career path for providers at all experience levels. We are committed to helping you become the best provider you can be through structured mentoring and professional development.
