As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health care that achieves optimum patient satisfaction. This role requires the ability to work flexibly within a quickly evolving practice setting, adapting to new technologies and protocols. You will provide outstanding patient service both within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
You will be expected to respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or responses to treatment. The role involves leading clinic staff in behaviors and actions to ensure excellent patient care, while actively engaging with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees by facilitating introductions, clinic tours, and providing job shadowing and coaching opportunities.
