This is a 100% outpatient position.0% outpatient position within a supportive, collaborative work environment where patient-centered care is prioritized. The team utilizes Epic EMR and offers flexibility with 5 or 4-day work weeks to fit your preferred schedule.
Location
Live and work in beautiful Connecticut with top-rated schools, welcoming communities, and easy access to NYC and Boston. The position is located in Putnam or Windham, offering easy access to major cities like New York City and Boston.
Call Schedule
The call schedule averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks. Calls are phone call only with nurse triage.
