About the Role
This Family Medicine position offers a unique opportunity to join a collegial team in a growing community. The role is designed for optimal work-life balance, featuring a 4.5-day work week with an average caseload of 18-24 patients per day. You will work alongside three MDs and five mid-level providers in an outpatient setting, sharing call duties on a 1:9 basis with a focus on phone consults. This environment fosters collaboration and allows for a sustainable practice model.
