About the Opportunity

We are interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Indianapolis, Indiana. The group currently employs over 15 physicians across five distinct sites and is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to replace a retiring primary care provider.

This role offers a strictly outpatient setting where you will work directly alongside a collaborative team consisting of one Family Medicine physician, one Pediatrician, and one Family Nurse Practitioner. The position is designed to support a sustainable work-life balance, with most physicians seeing patients four days per week. Administrative responsibilities can be managed remotely from home, and call coverage is streamlined through a 1:12 phone call schedule coordinated with nurse triage.

The practice is located on the south side of Indianapolis, with the Trafalgar site offering easy access to both Indianapolis and Columbus, Indiana. Indianapolis stands as one of the largest inland cities in the United States not situated on a navigable body of water, positioned near the geographical center of the state. The surrounding area is known for its excellent schools, reasonably priced housing, professional sports teams, and a vibrant community atmosphere.
