About the Role
Transform at JLL as an Operations Manager on a premier client account in Houston, TX. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for the management and operation of properties and staff, ensuring all site services, performance, processes, and quality standards align with JLL's rigorous procedures. Your mission is to drive innovation in service delivery, assist in lowering costs, and work with suppliers to integrate services that dramatically enhance the facility experience.
Your day-to-day involves leading the operations and maintenance of facility systems, analyzing data to proactively address issues, and managing vendor relationships to ensure contract compliance and quality. You will build positive client relationships through genuine service orientation and prepare detailed operational budgets to support financial planning. This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of working independently to achieve goals while maintaining strong communication across all organizational levels.
