MAC.BID transforms the logistics of returns and overstock by purchasing truckloads of customer returns and unsold inventory, then reselling these items individually to the public through online auctions. Our mission is to create value from surplus goods while maintaining efficient, smooth operations across our facilities.

About the Role

The Facility Floater is a versatile, full-time hourly role designed to support every aspect of our department's daily workflow. Reporting directly to the Facility Team Lead, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our warehouse and office spaces remain functional and ready for business.

In this position, you will not be confined to a single task. Instead, you will engage in a dynamic day-to-day rhythm that includes clearing and sorting pallets, managing inventory flow, and maintaining a clean environment through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. You will play a critical role in our logistics chain by meeting live trailers at the dock to ensure rapid unloading, thereby avoiding costly retention fees. Additionally, you will handle waste management duties, including emptying garbage and baling cardboard according to vendor criteria. This role requires adaptability, as schedules and specific tasks may vary based on location and workload demands.
