Facilities Attendant

About the Role

The Facilities Attendant is the face of Suntex Marinas, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our marina facilities. This role is vital to providing an exceptional experience for boaters and guests, maintaining restrooms, showers, and common areas to a high standard. You will project a professional company image through all interactions, working independently to achieve goals while collaborating effectively with internal and external customers.

Working Conditions

This position requires physical activity in a marina environment. You must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds, and perform frequent grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements. Occasional overhead reaching and squeezing are also required. Safety is paramount; you must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency.
