Expert Enterprise Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Solutions Engineers at Acxiom operate as a hybrid of problem solvers and architects. In this role, you will work in close partnership with sales, solutions strategy, and product teams to translate client business goals into scalable technical visions. Your primary focus is creating tangible value for businesses by uncovering root cause pain points and technical blockers, ultimately designing scalable data and mar-tech solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

You will serve as a bridge between complex technical concepts and clear, outcome-based sales narratives. By leading discovery sessions and technical discussions, you will align cross-functional teams on strategic objectives, remove technical barriers to accelerate deals, and ensure that proposed solutions balance feasibility, risk, and value. This role requires a growth mindset, as you will continuously share insights on emerging trends in mar-tech, AI, identity, and privacy with both internal and external audiences.

This position is home-based in Conway, Arkansas. While the primary location is Conway, applications for remote work may be considered from Colorado, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York City, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Washington, though the role is not located within those specific jurisdictions.
