About the Role

As a Diesel Technician, you will be a key problem-solver dedicated to maximizing vehicle uptime. You will join a supportive, collaborative environment where you work primarily on Class 8 trucks and trailers that are under manufacturer warranty. This unique setup means you will focus on preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements rather than major engine overhauls or roadside calls.

Your day will involve utilizing diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems. You will address issues with aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters. Working closely with your team, you will maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure our fleet remains DOT compliant.
