As an Experience Design Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience across our products and services. This position exists to lead strategically important initiatives and develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements while centering the user.
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the product development lifecycle. You will guide and mentor junior designers, role-model the adoption of inclusive design practices, and drive a culture of diversity and inclusion. Your expertise in experience strategy will ensure that our solutions are accessible and enhance the overall customer journey.
