About the Role
As the Executive Director, you will set the cultural tone and provide visionary leadership for our community. This role goes beyond supervision; it is about inspiring a culture of integrity, compassion, and respect that makes a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve and the professionals who make our mission possible. You will ensure all community operations not only meet but exceed regulatory requirements while maintaining a professional, positive, and personable representation of the company.
Your day will involve walking and inspecting the community, planning and implementing policies, and assisting in the sales process from inquiry through move-in to ensure a smooth experience for new residents. You will also manage the annual budget and monthly reporting, while supporting all other departments in the proper execution of their responsibilities.

Requirements
- verified3-5 years experience in geriatric field
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Health or Human Services or equivalent
- verifiedMaster's degree preferred
- verifiedCriminal background screening required
