The Executive Director is the highest administrator at Charette High School, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the school, enacting its mission, ensuring academic performance, supporting faculty, maintaining charter accreditation, and ensuring smooth campus operations.
The Executive Director must foster an inclusive school culture that demonstrates integrity, diversity, innovation, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of academic achievement. This is an ideal opportunity for an instructional leader with a strong bias towards action, an orientation towards systems-building, and a commitment to community.
