The team operates under the intellectual architecture of Dr. Benjamin Hardy, an organizational psychologist and NYT bestselling author, alongside Blake Erickson, co-founder and operator who has lived the framework from the inside. We are a collective of high-performing Strategists working with a curated roster of 30 to 35 Scalers—business owners and CEOs generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
A Scaling Strategist is the person who makes our promise real. You are a trained expert in The Scaling Framework (Frame, Floor, Focus), accountable to one outcome: the Scaler's 10x goal. Your mission is to apply a proven methodology to a specific business, identify the highest-leverage moves, and hold a committed entrepreneur accountable to executing them.
You will not be managing updates or providing general support. You will be a strategic partner who tells the truth, identifies constraints, and drives radical candor. You own your Scalers' outcomes entirely; when they progress, you have delivered, and when they stall, you act. This role requires you to operate at Level 4 (We > Me), focusing exclusively on Scaler success rather than building your own brand.
Every Scaler on your roster has self-selected through a rigorous Enrollment Assessment. They have read The Science of Scaling, declared a specific 10x goal, and made a financial and psychological commitment to the process. They are results-obsessed leaders who bring their highest-leverage challenges to every session, expecting precision and a partner who has been where they are.
We are not looking for volume; we are looking for the right person. The ideal candidate already knows they are a fit. They have read The Science of Scaling, recognize the framework because they have lived it in their own businesses, and are ready to operate at this standard.
