We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team and support the seamless execution of day-to-day operations for our executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone skilled in building rapport, leveraging networks, and anticipating needs to find solutions. You will thrive in an environment where you remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and enjoy supporting the success of others.
As a key partner to senior-level executives, you will act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring that strategic goals are met through efficient calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning. Your work will directly impact the executive team's ability to focus on high-level strategy by handling complex logistics, confidential correspondence, and exceptional hospitality for guests.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence approximately three days per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the dynamic needs of the executive team. The role involves some travel, including attendance at quarterly meetings and an annual conference. You will be expected to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and maintain the highest level of discretion regarding confidential information.
