As a leader within our App-EVS team, you will provide the guidance necessary to foster a team environment defined by morale, passion, quality, and respect. This role exists to ensure the continuous improvement of customer and patient satisfaction while driving compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of team member development, from recruiting and training to daily coaching and performance assessments. You will collaborate closely with department, facility, and company leadership to align operations with facility, budget, and compliance goals. Your day will involve analyzing data to make strategic adjustments, executing quality control systems, and maintaining a professional demeanor that sets the standard for our service-oriented culture.
