This is a volunteer position dedicated to creating an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience for residents and staff. Coordinators are passionate about the AL vision and mission, combining that passion with skill to plan consistently excellent events, provide exceptional personal communication, and offer acts of genuine care and radical hospitality.
The role focuses on impacting the community and the lives of apartment residents by weaving together excellence in business with loving neighbors well. You will partake in "business as a ministry," serving as a mission-minded, highly relational, and responsible individual who enjoys meeting new people, planning social activities, and helping people experience God's unconditional love.
