About the Role
Andy Frain Services is seeking Event Security staff to ensure a safe, positive guest experience at sports, entertainment, and corporate events. In this hospitality-focused role, you will manage access control, perform bag checks, monitor crowds, and respond to incidents with professionalism and courtesy. You'll collaborate closely with venue staff and law enforcement, document incidents, and uphold venue policies.
Your day will involve monitoring venue entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure only authorized access. You will conduct bag checks, ticket verification, and walkthrough screenings per policy while managing crowd flow, lines, and seating to maintain safety and comfort. As a key part of the team, you will observe, report, and document suspicious activity, incidents, and safety hazards. When conflicts, disturbances, or emergencies arise, you will respond calmly, escalating when needed, while providing directions and courteous assistance to guests and event staff.
