About the Role
As an Event Security professional, you will ensure a safe, secure, and positive experience for guests, staff, and performers. You will provide a visible security presence at entertainment and sports venues, acting as the first line of defense while delivering exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day involves monitoring access points, conducting bag checks, enforcing venue policies, and responding to incidents professionally. You will coordinate with supervisors, venue management, and law enforcement partners to support public safety objectives, ensuring orderly entry, exit, and movement throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMonitor crowds for safety issues, disturbances, or policy violations and take appropriate action
- check_circleAssist with crowd flow, line management, and seat verification to maintain orderly movement
- check_circleRespond calmly to incidents, emergencies, or medical situations following established procedures
- check_circleDocument and report security-related incidents, safety hazards, and unusual activities
- check_circleProvide customer service by offering directions and assistance while maintaining security protocols
- check_circleCoordinate with supervisors, venue management, and law enforcement to support event operations
- check_circleSupport pre- and post-event security tasks such as perimeter checks and securing restricted areas
Requirements
