Gratsy is a female-founded experiential marketing agency dedicated to bringing brands to life through unforgettable product experiences. We go beyond traditional marketing by placing products directly into consumers' hands to create moments they actually remember. From highly targeted direct-to-home sample boxes to immersive live events, pop-ups, and retail takeovers, we manage every detail from concept to execution.
Our culture is driven by bold ideas, a fast pace, and a commitment to turning brands into real-world experiences that spark connection and loyalty. We live by our mantras: it's a great day to have a great day, customer service is free, and we never settle for basic. If you are ready to pay attention to the details, plan for contingencies, and embrace the unexpected, you'll fit right in.
The Event Production Manager serves as the day-to-day execution owner for our campaigns, ensuring that all physical and operational elements are planned, coordinated, and delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. This role is the bridge between strategy and reality, working closely with Event Project Managers, Event Strategy, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
You will be the hands-on leader responsible for the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial planning through on-site delivery and post-event wrap. Success in this position requires strong logistical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to independently manage multiple moving pieces in a high-energy environment. You will be the person who ensures no gaps exist in execution readiness, whether you are coordinating complex vendor contracts, managing fleet assets, or leading on-site setup and teardown.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. You will build detailed production plans covering staffing, logistics, transportation, and inventory, ensuring every asset is tracked, quality-checked, and event-ready. A significant portion of your time will be spent managing relationships with vendors, sourcing quotes, and confirming deliverables while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and compliance requirements.
You will also be the point of contact for cross-functional coordination with our Warehouse teams to ensure inventory is organized and ready for deployment. When events go live, you will lead or support on-site operations, troubleshooting operational challenges in real time to protect the client experience. Whether you are coordinating Brand Ambassadors, managing company-owned vehicles, or communicating with internal teams to minimize last-minute surprises, your focus remains on delivering flawless execution that represents the Gratsy brand.
We value transparency and efficiency. While specific steps may vary, our process is designed to give you a clear sense of our culture and the role's demands. Expect a conversation about your background and logistical expertise, followed by a deeper dive into how you handle real-world production challenges. We look for candidates who can demonstrate their ability to think on their feet and manage complex scenarios with grace.
