About the Team

The Operations team at Digital Realty keeps customers' infrastructure running safely and securely. From overseeing electrical power to cooling and fire suppression systems, the team plays a vital role in ensuring everything in our data centers operates as it should. About the Role

As an Essential Infrastructure Manager, you will provide leadership and management for the day-to-day operations of a large-scale data center mechanical plant. Your mission is to ensure the highest levels of reliability and availability are maintained while developing operating strategies that guarantee the continuous availability of all critical systems. You will foster an environment where diligence to policies and proven processes is quintessential, ensuring that all maintenance is executed in a controlled manner to protect critical loads.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-reliability environment, actively soliciting feedback and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency. You will cultivate relationships with key contacts internally and externally, establishing and enforcing best practices while pursuing innovation to meet the changing needs of our global customers.

Requirements
