This position is dedicated to fostering student growth within the Dallas Independent School District. The role involves developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the district's curriculum program while accommodating diverse student learning styles. Teachers are expected to present subject matter in accordance with guidelines established by the Texas Education Agency, the Board of Trustees, and administrative regulations.
The day-to-day responsibilities include establishing efficient classroom management procedures, maintaining standards of pupil behavior, and creating systems for student evaluation.
