ESL Teacher (Grades: 5-6)

About the Role

This position serves as a dedicated educator within the Dallas Independent School District, committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment for students. As a teacher, you will be the primary architect of the classroom experience, responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Your day-to-day involves not only delivering subject matter but also establishing efficient classroom management procedures and maintaining high standards of pupil behavior. You will work closely with students to identify their unique needs, cooperating with professional staff to resolve health, attitude, and learning challenges. Beyond the classroom, you will play a vital role in the school community by sharing the responsibility of interpreting educational programs through open houses and PTA meetings. Work Environment

This is a campus-based position requiring regular and punctual attendance at the worksite.
