About the Role

Denali Water Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Windrow Turner Operator to support daily composting and material management operations. This role is designed for an experienced heavy equipment operator who thrives in outdoor environments and is comfortable working safely and efficiently in all weather conditions throughout the year. As a key member of the team, you will manage and maintain compost windrows, assist with material movement and blending, and ensure site operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining equipment and can safely operate multiple types of machinery while supporting composting and site operations year-round.
