This position serves as an Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator within a dynamic healthcare environment. The role demands a blend of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements. You will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations, managing day-to-day operations and client stakeholder relationships.
You will serve as a vital liaison between the Accenture team, software vendor teams, and clients. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with offshore support teams to ensure effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for maintaining system documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data governance policies, and participating in regular team meetings to provide updates on ongoing work and potential risks.
Candidates must possess and maintain current Epic Willow certifications to be considered.
